I can't believe that I haven't posted this before! Last month King Arthur Flour , made in my favorite state- Vermont! They came to Kalamazoo to do some baking demonstrations at the Fetzer Center. The
Cabot ladies were so funny, informative and yes, educational. We learned how to make a perfect pie dough and a chocolate tart. There were at least 100 people there. The also showcased my favorite cheese- Cabot from Vermont!It was a very inspiring day but I must admit, I have not made a pie yet.
