King Arthur Flour Rocks!

I can't believe that I haven't posted this before! Last month King Arthur Flour , made in my favorite state- Vermont! They came to Kalamazoo to do some baking demonstrations at the Fetzer Center. The Cabot ladies were so funny, informative and yes, educational. We learned how to make a perfect pie dough and a chocolate tart. There were at least 100 people there. The also showcased my favorite cheese- Cabot from Vermont!

It was a very inspiring day but I must admit, I have not made a pie yet.
Want more information?? Go to
www.kingarthur.com and www.cabotcheese.com.

I have been to the Cabot cheese headquarters and also the King Arthur Welcome Center (they are expanding). Really fun!

By the time you read this, David and I will be on our way to Massachusetts! David is going to attend The Baseball Factory Select Cape Cod Training http://www.baseballfactory.com/. He is so excited- We say the roster today and there are boys ( I guess I mean young man) coming from all over the country and British Columbia. I'm sure that David will get alot out of the training. Dave and I will watch the training and also do some sightseeing- I want to go to the beach, do some shopping and see a lot of the great historical sights. We are then going to travel to Vermont to see my Dad and stepmom. It will be a great time, that is for sure. I'll try to post our travels and add some photos!
